評論:Worst experience ever. My flight was from Masbate to Manila, but they change the destination to Cebu without no passengers willing. Suppose we should arrive on 8 am Manila, then catch our next international flight; instead, they stop by Cebu at 8am, and then we waited till 12 noon and finally arrive Manila on almost 2 pm. We missed our next international flight and what they offered is a stupid 180 peso worth of breackfast. They also lied and explained it's due to the weather, but the truth is, their booking from Cebu to Manila was too few, so what they do was trasnfer Masbate passengers to Cebu, then let us join the flight from Cebu to Manila, to fill up the flight emptiness to save them airport landing cost. Entire trip we have to check in twice, and waiting at a big line of angry passengers. Important thing is that weather condition was totally okay, it is proven when I got back to Manila and talk to the tower. They lied, and disgrace customers right. A very aweful and unethical enterprise they are.

評論:What a shame! Not enough chairs, air conditioning system couldn't handle the passenger volume. Dining/Food options are very limited. Inflight entertainment is so dated. Cabin crew are nice but not so attentive. Meal service is so slow and very disorganized (I was skipped because one of the flight attendants decided to serve the trays randomly). Terminal 2 (Philippine Airline's terminal) has a 3rd X-ray screening of your carry on luggage and they don't allow any drinks (even unopened) inside the gate waiting area. Past screening and once inside the holding area, there's not enough chairs and most passengers are forced either to stand of seat on side wall ledges until boarding. If you can avoid purchasing Philippine Airline tickets, please do and save yourselves of flying out of NAIA Terminal 2!

評論:When I visited this place, it wasn't crowded at all. Probably because it was weekend. I went to claim the flight reward ticket for a friend and was assisted by a courteous staff. Only waited about 15 minutes for the whole transaction.
